No stencil rack meaning a shorter, larger diameter tank.

Tray width is only 2200mm (same as existing units with RoadLazer RoadPak style). Want that style and size? We can do that too.

We also now use a different camera - toggle switch zoom and auto focus - used by police forces in some states of USA.

Gun position on centreline of rear wheels.
In cabin gun height adjustment. Very accurate.
Raise guns for travel, dial back to previous setting - within a couple of mms. of previous position.
Auxiliary engine Start/stop, gun arm swivel, all done from cabin.
Laser Linemarking started the other unit, we finished the project for them.
We did all the hydraulics, pneumatics, wiring, camera, etc.

450+L capacity
Tungsten carbide faced gates are standard.
10 minute swap over.
Spring pin locking of kettle, head and seat assembly. Seat assembly on rollers.
German Grammer air suspension seats – used by CAT.
No hot oil hoses to disconnect.
Using hot oil gear pump – never have to bleed the system.
Fiberglass flip rear cover for good access. Disconnect Deutch plugs to rear lights, remove 2 pivot bolts and take away for full access.
Laser cut and folded chassis bolted together like a truck to negate weld failure. Enormous reduction of flexing.
Utilised as many off the shelf components stocked here as possible. Not on the shelf with suppliers in Aus. we stock it.
Quick compressor and pump belt replacement and tensioning.
Compressor (same as on Borum) on LHS so you can see sight glasses and we stock them and their filters.
Old style wiring and relays. No CAN bus. Any competent auto elec. should be able to fix it.
Arrowboard and beacons, dual footswitches, dual sight pole and head raise/lower switches – standard fitment the list goes on………

Capacity – 600L / 1200kg each to date but can build 800L or to your requirements.
Oil jacketed.
Powder coated to your colour choice.
24VDC Riello Diesel burners as standard or Beckett if preferred.
Hydraulically driven paddle with improved vertical mixing over other makes.
Danfoss / White paddle motor c/w valving, hosing and fittings for final connection to power unit by others.
Oil and Material Combistats are included for control of burners.
Bolt holes in base for mounting and forklift slots for handling.
Optional reduction box drive for twice the torque – similar to Hofmann paddle drive.

We mount kettles (ours or yours) to your truck.
We can assist you with specs for your truck purchase – specifically loadings.
We add to the truck all the necessary hydraulics, wiring, fuel supply that is required.
We can add mezzanine floors too to store thermo trays, blowers, etc.
We make & stock thermo trays.
